JUSTICE OSWALDO D. AGCAOILI is a seasoned jurist. He is a former Assistant Solicitor General who handled various political and constitutional cases in behalf of the government. In 1995, he was appointed as Associate Justice of the Court of Appeals. He retired in 2005. Justice Agcaoili is an academician, a Bar Reviewer and Lecturer on Political Law and a long time faculty member of the Faculty of Civil Law, University of Santo Tomas. Justice Agcaoili is the Firm’s adviser and consultant in political and constitutional law, administration and election law, as well as naturalization cases. Justice Agcaoili was born on 05 August 1933 in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. |
